This was my first time at Macon Nail. I was impressed by the clean,friendly, professional atmosphere. Tony did a wonderful job on my nails. I have gotten several comments on how beautiful they look. Thank you Tony!
I love this place. I am very picky about my nails and I've been coming here for years. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but patience is a virtue, people. You’ll get great-looking nails here for sure!
I made an appointment for 4:30 with the intention of waiting for a liitle because I was told they were busy. I get there at 4:38 and there are several people waiting for different services to get finished. They sit me in a pedicure chair and I wait until 6:38 for someone to get started. I asked the lady could she do the style that I had showed her and she agreed. The picture of the nail design uses pink powder She pulls out the white powder and I tell her this is not what I wanted. She is like " It will look the same" so we push forward meanwhile the lady doing my pedicure did not let my feet soak even though its been 2 hours that I have been waiting in the pedicure chair. The lady finishes my nails and they are nothing like I wanted. Then she tried to charge me for the gel polish because the regular polish takes too long to dry. Well lady if you did what I wanted and paid for , which was pink powder and a clear or semi pink clear top coat it would have been fine. On top of all that there is a air bubble in my thumb nail which she brushed off like it's nothing.Nail school 101, air bubbles causes lifting which can cause geenies if exposed to water. My pedicure was half done and rushed. I left with no polish at all because she wanted to make that extra money and didn't want to wait for the regular polish to dry and I was charged 90$ to sit for rushed service and subpar work. I have been confined to my house because of an accident and wanted to treat myself. Thanks for ruining that for me.
Went in with kids hands came out looking classy and cute the pretty lady did my nails was my first visit and they were super welcoming and I will be returning ps took after pic a few days after visit
So i went to macon mail about 2 months ago i love there nails that was the first time going there and will be going again!!!
I waited 40 minutes to have a pedicure. While I waited a couple of women walked in. One of the people working apparently knew them and felt they they should go before me. The person working there came over to me and said they were very busy, which was evident. She then said if I come back when the Georgia football game was on they would have time to help me. I DID NOT GO BACK. AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. How rude, unprofessional, and ignorant.
I've been going to this salon for years! :) The most important appointment I've ever had was last week. Mrs. Anne did my nails for my wedding and they were beautiful! ❤️I'd highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone :)
Very nice establishment!!! The lady was very articulate when making sure my nails were perfect!!! I love them and I'm happy to say that I've finally found my nail home!!!
